House Rules

Welcome to Pixie Trixie Playhouse! To ensure a fun, safe, and magical experience for everyone, please adhere to the following House Rules:

1. Supervision
   All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Adults are responsible for the behavior and safety of the children in their care.
   
   
2. Attire
   All participants must wear non-slip socks provided by Pixie Trixie Playhouse while inside the play area. Proper attire, including comfortable clothing suitable for active play, is required.
   
   
3. Health and Safety
   For the safety of all guests, anyone with a contagious illness, open wounds, or other health conditions that could pose a risk to others is not permitted to participate in activities. Please ensure you are in good health before entering.
   
   
4. Respectful Behavior
   We aim to create a welcoming environment for all. Rough play, aggressive behavior, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Be kind and courteous to all guests and staff.
   
   
5. Food and Beverages
   Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside Pixie Trixie Playhouse, except for bottled water and baby milk. If you need to consume food, please use the designated patio area for eating. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our play areas clean and safe for everyone!
   
   
6. Personal Belongings
   Pixie Trixie Playhouse is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. We recommend keeping valuables at home and supervising your belongings at all times.
   
   
7. Facility Use
   Use the play equipment and facilities as intended. Climbing on structures not meant for climbing or using equipment inappropriately is prohibited to prevent injuries.
   
   
8. No Running in Certain Areas
   To prevent accidents, please refrain from running in designated areas, especially near entrances, exits, and the café.
   
   
9. Cleanliness
   Help us keep Pixie Trixie Playhouse clean! Dispose of trash in the provided bins and encourage children to maintain a tidy play environment.
   
   
10. Photography and Filming
    Photography and video recording are allowed for personal use only. Be respectful of other guests' privacy and avoid capturing images of individuals outside your group without permission.
    
    
11. Compliance with Staff Instructions
    Our team is here to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time. Please follow all directions and instructions from Pixie Trixie Playhouse staff at all times.
    
    
12. Incident Reporting
    If you see anything unsafe or have concerns during your visit, please notify a staff member immediately. We are here to assist and ensure a safe experience for all guests.
    
    
13. Emergency Procedures
    In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions of Pixie Trixie Playhouse staff. Evacuation routes and emergency exits are clearly marked.
    
    
14. First Aid Assistance
    Pixie Trixie Playhouse is committed to the safety and well-being of all our guests. First aid assistance is available on-site; if you or someone in your care requires medical attention, please notify a staff member immediately.
