These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Conditions of Sale”) govern the purchase of tickets and the use of facilities and services at Pixie Trixie Playhouse, managed by Pixie Trixie and its affiliates (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Conditions of Sale, so please read them carefully as they impact your legal rights.

Supervision and Responsibility

  • Children under the age of 12 (“minors”) must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult. By supervising minors, you agree to these Conditions of Sale on their behalf and assume full responsibility for their safety and behavior.

  • All participants should be in good health and free from any medical conditions that could affect their safe participation in any activities.
     

Conduct and Compliance

  • While at Pixie Trixie Playhouse, you must follow all signs, directions, and instructions from our staff. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our activities and facilities for non-compliance, or if behavior is deemed unsafe or irresponsible.

  • Adults are solely responsible for supervising the minors in their care, ensuring they behave appropriately and safely during activities.
     

Photography and Filming

  • By entering Pixie Trixie Playhouse, you consent to being photographed or recorded for security and promotional purposes. These images and videos belong exclusively to Pixie Trixie Playhouse and may be used without compensation. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please notify our staff through our website, and we will remove the images from our promotional materials as soon as practicable.
     

Facility Use and Liability

  • Pixie Trixie Playhouse is not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings, including items stored in lockers or other storage areas. Participants are responsible for securing their valuables and personal items, such as phones or cameras, which may be damaged during activities.

  • We reserve the right to adjust operating hours, modify activities, or close sections of the Playhouse for various reasons, including maintenance, safety, or special events. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for such closures or changes.
     

Ticket Purchases and Payments

  • By purchasing tickets or passes, you accept these Conditions of Sale. Tickets can be bought online via our website or directly at the Playhouse, and all payments are final and non-refundable once completed.

  • Prices listed on our website are in Singapore dollars and must be paid in full upon purchase. We may correct any pricing errors and will issue refunds for any overcharges.
     

Cancellations and Refunds

  • In certain instances, such as unexpected closures, safety concerns, or staffing issues, we may need to cancel scheduled activities on short notice. In such cases, we will offer a refund or the opportunity to reschedule, but are not liable for any associated travel or other costs.

  • If errors occur in your order or products are unavailable, Pixie Trixie Playhouse reserves the right to cancel the transaction and issue a refund if your payment has already been processed.
